CHELSEA.   Owner Tommy Vicari filled this cozy, exposed brick café with comfortable furnishings and gorgeous antiques, giving it the feel of home. Indeed, this is a refined, Old World dining alternative in a neighborhood full of hip, contemporary eateries. Fortunately, when you take a gander at the menu, which features all of the traditional favorites, you won't have a stroke – everything here is reasonably priced, almost ridiculously so. Expect to enjoy mouthwatering delights like gnocchi, stuffed pork chop, steak, their special Chicken Breat Tello and other delicious "comfort dishes." Reservations are suggested.
