14. Angelina's Restaurant

I don’t know if the prices were jacked up for valentine's day, but, for two people, I paid over 200.00 dollars. The food was very good. The service was not. Our drinks were empty for about ten minutes when I finally flagged down the nicely dressed woman and asked for another round. We then, had empty plates for another five minutes when our waiter, who was standing around the cashier's register quite often, comes over and asks if we want anything else. I ask him for the dessert menu, and he proceeds to try and remember what is for dessert, with little success. We order, the dessert was good, not great. Then I get the check, and gratuity has been added....36.00 dollars. The food was great, but our waiter was not worth a 36.00 tip. I am glad there are other restaurants that have the wonderful ambiance this restaurant has, because I wont be going back to this restaurant any time soon. I will try the others in hopes that the service is as good as the food. With Angelina's, the food gets an A, and the service on my experience gets a D-.
