UPPER EAST SIDE.   True to its name, this awesome 82nd Street eatery specializes in scrumptious Northern Italian selections. Attracting a good mix of well-heeled Upper East Siders and refined Midtowners, Primavera tends toward the expensive side. But, as they say, you get what you pay for. Specialties include their Grilled Porcini, Scampi Aromatici and Salmon Corpaccio. Of course, everything is better with a little wine, and their list is quite impressive. Reservations are suggested.
