TRIBECA.   A beacon of comfort, complete with ambient lighting and original artwork, The Harrison is one of Tribeca's most welcome additions. The eclectic American menu features Italian accents, a culinary combination that produces such treats as skillet calf's liver, pan-crisped skate, slow basted monkfish, and roasted lemon-garlic chicken. Satisfying desserts include chocolate beignets with espresso sauce and buttermilk panna cotta. A nice selection of international wines by the glass and half-bottle is available. Dressy casual.
