TRIBECA.   Co-owned by Robert De Niro and noted restaurateur Drew Nieporent, this New American eatery has garnered quite a following over the years, including a few Oscar winners. What is it that draws the accolades? For starters, the spacious dining room serves as a gallery for the work of the late Robert De Niro Sr., and the weathered texture of the red brick walls give the place a certain old school attitude. That said, it's the food that truly sets itself apart, thanks to inventive ditties like ravioli prepared with Coach Farm's Goat Cheese, Hon-Shimeji mushrooms, spinach and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
