SOHO.   Reservations are close to essential at this rustic charmer, which seats only 58. Snug as it is, the space exudes a strong sense of style – shades of stone, taupe and caramel, intimate tables, leather ottomans and a white stone bar. Chef Turibio Girardi, the proprietor, ran two restaurants in Italy, and he brings with him a formidable pedigree and a knack for creating dishes that are truly buzz-worthy.
