Standout à la carte mains include roasted Atlantic halibut with baked organic beets, black sea bass in sea scallop crust, and organic Long Island duckling with lavender-honey glaze. When it comes to talent in cooking, there is none better to be found anywhere. Flavor purity and distinctiveness is unsurpassed, with truly incomparable results to the everlasting joy of those fortunate to have access to the experience. The only problem is that nothing elsewhere will ever measure up to the standard set here, meaning return visits are required to replenish ones dream meal memories.
