not what i expected
if you get to travel along the Hudson River you will be definitely admired by this magnificent and intriguing sort of old castle -which is not, not a castle and not that old. this is why me and 5 friends decided to take the tour. we liked it very much, but there are 2 things i would suggest you: - before taking the ferry to the island, make sure to step into a toilette as the restrooms available in the island are totally unsanitary (it is like traveling to the poorest country on Earth just by opening the door) we were part of the first tour of the week, and also the first in line to use the facilities... - you may want to consider to row your way to the island as there is a kayak tour offering. this is definitely a plus; we all regret our laziness.
