Victorian charm comes to life in this cozy little establishment orginally built in the 19th century to serve as a tavern for stagecoach travelers. Snowy linens and lace curtains set off the watercolored walls and plushly cushioned seats that invite lingering. You are sure to find an excellent pairing for the American style cuisine from the extensive wine list. The lobster and shrimp shepherd's pie is a signature dish. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Food is creative and quite tasty. If you want a comfortable, neighborly bar to sit at, whether to eat or for cocktails, this can't be beat. This is at the top of my Newburgh favorites list. I've been coming back again and again since Beeb's opened back in the 20th century.

Lunch
I have enjoyed many lunches at Beebs. It's one of my Newburgh favorites. They have excellent soups, salads sweet potato fries and calamari. Specials can be delicious also. Love sitting on the back porch sipping on a Stella! I'll be there again next Thursday.

The service was terrible and the food was worse. Three out of six entrees had to be sent back for an "off taste". We'll never go back.
