Slow, rude service
This is the worst restaurant service that I've ever experienced in my life. With a party of 3 it took over an hour and a half from the time we were seated to the time that our entrees arrived. Meanwhile, several tables around us, including a table of seven who had arrived after us, were served. The waiter was rude, unapologetic and shrugged off three requests for extra bread, as well as two inquiries about our appetizer by stating that he had 240 other customers to serve. The manager was reluctant to get involved and comped the drinks and appetizer only after we pitched a fit.

Excellent
Cena's food and service is excellent! The river view is gorgeous. The specials can be unusual and tasty. It is a little pricey, so recommend going for lunch. I find it especially delightful on fall and winter weekends on the heated porch.

anniversary dinner
From the time we were seated by the water to the perfect martinis, the night began. The appetizer of octupus was perfect. Our entrees were served in a timely manner grilled shrimp and dover sole all cooked to perfection. Dessert was a napolean served with fresh fruit and strong coffee. Dinner was perfect, the service was excellent, the view was perfect, and the money well spent.
