5. Newport Blues Cafe

My daughter and I had dinner at the Blues Cafe before the show and had a terrible experience. I ordered a pasta dish and asked for parmesan cheese. When I put the parmesan cheese on my dish, a most foul odor eminated from my plate, making me sick to my stomach. The cheese was bad and throughout the remainder of the evening you could smell it in the air. They offered to cook up a new pasta dish for me, but was not offered anything to compensate for the experience. Other than that, my daughter and I had a terrific time dancing to the band that performed later in the evening. I will never again eat there, not being sure that the food is fresh being prepared in their kitchen.
