Disgusted
I was a patron at Asterisk this evening when the owner came into the bar area and proceeded to yell at the bartender and call him an OBSCENE profanity. The whole place was disgusted and felt so bad for the bartender who was so gracious and gave incredible service. I am a local in Newport and wil NEER come back. As a matter of fact I will make sure no one I know EVER comes back. The owner is a disgusting and arrogant man. How dare he act that way in front of customers to an employee. That bartender shouldve walked out!!!

This is got to be the first good review I have seen for this place. It is amazing they are still in business. Asterisk is way overpriced and the service is by far the worst in Newport. Just check out their reviews on Tripadvisor for more.
