The building it occupies is sleek and contemporary, and the main dining room boasts an exhibition kitchen. Outside, fireside areas offer pleasant dining no matter the time of year. Fresh-caught Newport Beach seafood, of course, is Gulfstream's strong suit, and Pacific oysters, cedar plank salmon, and tuna copia are perennial faves.
