NEWPORT NEWS.   Known for their appetizers, sushi, sashimi and noodle dishes, this is a low-key place that does their simple dishes exquisitely. The green mussel appetizer is a favorite, and the seafood Udon with shrimp and scallops is delicious. The sushi is still the star here, and it is marvelous in both presentation and taste.
