5. Queenston Heights Restaurant

This restaurant should be investigated for fraudulent food and service. When you plan a family event for 6 months with great expectations and receive the horrible quality of food and service that they dish out, there should be some review board that does not allow this establishment to get away with a crime. Imagine a $31 Steak that you would not serve to a dog and somebody in that kitchen allowed it to go to a guest. This spells a total lack of respect and regard for the customer. Queenston Heights uses the beautiful views to lure in guests. The wait staff is focused on 1 thing the biggest table that will get them the biggest tip. It is ironic when service is super slow, but when the bill comes you will be attacked with speed and accuracy. Be wary of a great view, because this place lived up to the myth. Great ambience, horrible food. This is one guest who has the responsibllity to inform all local hotels not to recommend this restaurant.
