NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE.   In this charming town not far from the Falls, this restaurant is distinguished by lovely river views and impeccable cuisine that capitalizes on local ingredients. An outdoor patio serves up the picturesque panorama and the dining room itself is elegant and graceful, an apt setting for the chef's masterful fare. Grilled beef tenderloin, salmon tournedos and buttermilk-infused veal striploin serve as main courses, along with the restaurant's famed lime-crusted Australian rack of lamb. A chef's tasting menu is a great option for the entire table, especially when paired with regional wines.   (© 10Best)

My fiancé and I tried the restaurant as we're highly considering the place for our wedding next year. I had Vegetable antipasto and the nan bread that comes with it was the saltiest nan I've ever tried. The grilled veggies are so soaked with oil. My fiancé had the Bacchus sampler and was disappointed the way the poultry cut was done (not well done, with slight traces of blood). The food presentation and service was excellent but it stops there. That was such a nice and classy place to dine and we thought we'll have a good deal for the price. Because we love the place for our wedding ceremony + reception, we'll meet with the Banquet sales manager this coming week and give ourselves a chance to try a couple of menu before we decide if that's the place that we want. Hope you look at this comment / review objectively.
