CHIPPAWA.   The botanical beauty of the park in which it's located and the presence of the Falls just across the way render this eatery a wonderful place to dine, day or evening. It's affiliated with the park system, and the cuisine – crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients – is an unexpected treat. Upscale fare makes use of local wines, seafood and produce accented with light sauces and well-prepared side dishes. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and the Falls (especially when illuminated) only highlight what's already good. Hours and menu are limited in the off-season.   (© 10Best)
