PORTSMOUTH.   The Visual Arts Center at Tidewater Community College in Portsmouth helps artists of tomorrow hone their skills before transferring to a college program. Students receive invaluable training with specialized visual arts curriculum in pottery, 3-D design, sculpture, ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, computer graphics, graphic design, and photography.
