Maintained by Norfolk's Chrysler Museum of Art, the Willoughby-Baylor House is one of the oldest historic homes in downtown Norfolk. The beautiful Federal-style home was built by Captain William Willoughby in 1794 and remained in the family until 1890. Since 2005, it has served as the Norfolk History Museum, and here you can find out all you ever wanted to know about the history of Norfolk and its citizenry.
