3. Afr' Am Fest

The Buzz -- The Afr' Am Fest brings together the best entertainment, art and activities for this cultural event in Norfolk. This annual festival, held at the end of May, is a celebration of local arts and culture. Events include a children's village, marketplace, health awareness fair and live entertainment on four separate stages.
