The Buzz -- Robin Williams is returning to the road to resume his “Weapons of Self-Destruction” comedy tour after postponing several dates in March to undergo heart surgery. “This little break has given me more energy than ever,” said Williams. “Plus it’s wonderful to have a cow valve... If you don’t mind the grazing, it’s quite invigorating.”
