OAKLAND.   This plain, downtown eatery produces some of the most delicious Cambodian fare in the area, and regular patrons suggest the special combo, which includes the best dishes of the day for a low price. A typical selection includes coconut milk-laced curry chicken with pineapple and lemongrass, fresh cabbage salad with mint, fried noodles with mixed vegetables, and satay.
