Outstanding dim sum! Surprisingly, best in the bay area. I did not find any better in China town nor elsewhere. This Oakland restaurant's dim sum is unbelievable. Highly recommended for the distinguished taste. I stumbled on to the restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the Asian Cultural Center.
