Awful, awful, awful
I will never go to this place again. I called at about 2:30 asking if they could handle a scanning job for me that I needed by the end of the day. It consisted of three documents that were each about 65 pages long and could be loaded into a sheet feeder, i.e., no manual work. I needed to send them FedEx by the last pickup that day. I arrived about twenty minutes later, expecting them to take the job, do it, and then send it off. When I got there, they said that they could not promise it by the end of the day! So I had to go pay for parking and then take the job somewhere else. As I said, I will never go to this store again. Ever.
