5. Horseshoe Casino Council Bluffs

Near the river and across from downtown Omaha is the popular Horseshoe Casino Council Bluffs. The casino features live greyhound racing as well as 1,500 slot and viedo poker machines. The greyhound-racing track has plenty of tiered seating, and small televisions sit on each table so guests can watch live coverage of all races. The casino also has three restaurants.
