The Buzz -- Southern California knows how to throw an outdoor festival, and this well-received blues event is no exception. Held outdoors on the waterfront, the weekend extravaganza books top names in the genre, including BB King, Charlie Musselwhite, Los Lobos, John Hiatt, and Etta James. Several stages handle a couple of dozen live acts, and an impressive food court provides many types of sustenance. You'll also find a music store and a vendor village with arts, crafts, and memorabilia for sale.
