3. Club 22 Sports Bar

Located conveniently off the 22 freeway on Garden Grove Blvd between Fairview and Haster, it's kind of hard to miss the massive neon sign overlooking to freeway. Inside they boast granite counter-tops, dozens of bar stools at the bar and even purse hooks. Club 22 offers 4 televisions, video games, 2 pool tables and an Internet juke box. There are also a good number of tables if you don't feel like bellying up to the bar. They also have the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a long time. The menu is very tasty, if you're hungry order the carne asada nachos and prepare to be amazed. The salsa is home made, as are the tortilla chips which are served up toasty warm. I also wager the wings are better than Hooter's, and quite a bit cheaper too. They generally have your usual domestics on tap as well as a few pleasant surprises such as Spaten or some other seasonal or imported beer. There are dozens of bottle varieties and they recently earned their liquor license. Monday: Dollar Busch, Hot Dog & Tacos. Tuesday: Karaoke @ 7:00PM (it's a blast!) Sunday: During football season they open for breakfast.
