KISSIMMEE.   Set in a replicated castle, this drama brings fantasy to life with a story that incorporates live horses, sword fights, knights in shining armor and, of course, romance. Guests devour a hearty banquet of ribs, chicken, soup, potatoes and beer per the medieval rules of etiquette (i.e., no utensils). This high energy show is especially popular with children, but people of all ages will enjoy the onsite Medieval Village and Museum of Torture.
