Worst bar in Orlando? Quite Possibly.
This is a great bar to go to if you like stale beer, terrible food, and a staff that will throw things at you and explode for no reason into fits of belligerent, spastic yelling. I have given this bar a few chances over the past year, due to their fairly extensive beer selection, but they are really not worth it. The taps here almost never change, denying visitors any enjoyment of a varied draught beer experience. The bottle list is extensive, but poorly maintained. Expect wet cardboard flavors, skunky, and buttery flavors from poorly managed bottles. This place does everything wrong with beer handling. The food is terrible. I do understand that if they sell too much food, they will lose the ability to allow smoking inside, but why they serve any food and waste the money on such atrocious food is beyond me. But the main reason you should not go here is that if you do complain about bad beer, bad food, or someone trying to walk away with your credit card, the staff will not treat you well. My wife has had items thrown at her by the staff, and they will not act even remotely reasonable if there is an issue. Whoever owns this bar has no control over their staff. The bar is actually very clean. I suppose that has to do with the lack of patrons, but it is a minor plus. I won't swear for the bathrooms, though. I've never been in them. Avoid at all costs.

I love this bar! McRaney's was the perfect bar for me to go to when I was looking to end my love affair with Jameson Irish Whiskey. They're just beer/wine, so they were awesome. Great atmosphere, solid pool tables, and the best service in town. Wes, Jenn and Lianne are an asset to this joint. They allow smoking and have that classic laid-back pub feel. I've been a loyal patron for over a year. (I held the top score for erotic photo hunt for 4 months, till they reset the machines, sigh) Their beer selection expanded my pallet and may have turned me toward beer snobbery. When I had my kidney stone I became the first person to be taken out of the bar in an ambulance! Yay me! I even went to ladies night, dressed in drag on a bet with Wes that I wouldn't do so for the beer specials... how wrong he was. A great place, GO THERE NOW!!!
