12. Wally's Mills Avenue Liquors

Yes, you did see their hours right, and yes, folks do drink that early. The bar at Wally's, a dive by any definition of the phrase, is stuffed into one room and adjoins a liquor store. As many regulars come here as do people just wanting to imbibe anonymously. The drinks are clear, the wallpaper is of naked ladies, and the bartenders have seen it all, if not gone through it themselves.   (© 10Best)
