WINTER PARK.   Its setting is surreal: Red Fox, attached to the Best Western Mt. Vernon Inn, looks like an unsavory dive from the outside. But once inside, you're transported to a small, dim club room, all dark wood and deep-red wallpaper. Its claims to fame include stiff drinks, a frisky set of geriatric regulars, and Mark and Lorna, the dear pair of lounge singers who perform five nights a week.   (© 10Best)
