WINTER PARK.   Evocative of a garden with its abundance of flowers and live trees, this restaurant is a romantic respite from run-of-the-mill establishments. With views of Park Avenue, it's also a great place to watch passers-by. The traditional menu is given over to meat and seafood entrees, each entree coupled with an appropriate sauce. The pork porterhouse is tinged with cranberries and honey; the salmon gains flavor with avocado and citrus. Snapper and crab cakes are also popular items. Sunday brunch breaks from convention with entrees ranging from omelets and French toast to wild salmon and roast duckling and appetizers including mozzarella and tomato salad and Prince Edward Island mussels.
