4. Ruth's Chris Steak House

Consistently great prime steaks and consistently great service. The restaurant has a good feel to it. Whenever we want steak, this is the place to go.

Living downtown affords my wife and me the chance to dine at several of the top steak houses in all in close proximity. We enjoy most of them but Ruth's Chris in Winter Park stands above the others. The food and service is always top-notch. The staff is attentive and always makes us glad we came back. Lots of good places for steak but for my money this is the best in town.

My wife and I frequently dine out in the Winter Park/Orlando area and Ruth's Chris is at the top of our list. The service is exceptional for this area given how consistently good it is. Everyone knows about the steaks- as good as it gets. We like this place, too, because it has the feel of a locals' restaurant. If you are from here, you'll recognize a lot of Winter Park people. We enjoy it very much and are comfortable recommending it to others.
