2. Art of Disney

This shop is amazing in more ways than you can imagine.1/ I have been waiting 6 weeks for a picture I went into the shop for. 48 phone calls latter to Disney still nobody has returned a call. The call centre staff at Disney cannot find 1 manger to go and investigate (funny how many you see when you visit).Appalling service probably one of the worst I have evr found. 2/ They know very little about art. Went in and asked for a specific artist (disney) told by staff member that they had never heard of them (this is despite the shop being full of this work the year before). No offer to look and a comment that I must be mistaken. Howevr, running on the video screen behind the work is a demonstration by said artist.On the painting I bought 3 staff argued over what it was made of. I had to tell them and then wait while they said I must have been wrong and eventaul on insisting they check get a grudging apology.So its a shop that looks nice but has little if any product knowledge. Shame really I just wanted to hand over more moeny to the mouse?

This store has an incredible about of disney collectibles, my husband and I find stuff here that is not seen in any of the local stores. Hard to find items can be ordered and the prints are incredible.
