4. Walt Disney World® Swan And Dolphin

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything was PERFECT and the new guestrooms and heavenly beds are fantastic!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our family - it's a wonderful hotel, great location and very convenient to the parks and activities.

This place was just aweful. First the decor made me nauseated and it was just plain tacky even for a theme park. Then, we had a reservation for a non smoking room and they gave our room away even though it was guaranteed for late arrival and then tried to give us a room that was "converted" from a smoking room. That apparently meant they changed the sign on the door. It stunk to high heaven. The entire experience was tainted and one would expect much more from a "luxury" hotel.

The Swan and Dolphin are beautiful hotels. Attention to detail doesn’t happen by accident here.
