3. Sheraton's Vistana Villages

We have stayed at the SVV since it opened. We have gone at least twice a year with our children (17 & 20) and by ourselves.It is a beautiful hotel there is no doubt about that but, it has started to show some signs of not really being concerned with its guests. Several times the water in the unit has not been hot and we have had to complain, also the hot tub has had some late night difficulties that we were quite cold in it and it took at least 5 different complaints and at least 2 hours to get them to attend to the problem. All in all it is gorgeous and nice. One thing to note the pictures on the internet are NOT what 5/6 one bedrooms look like , only the Premium one bedroom looks like the photos. The 2 bedrooms are all the same. So when reserving if you want a large unit especially if you have children them please upgrade to a 2 bedroom... Once you have done that you WON"T stay in a 1 Bedroom unit...not all have full kitchens and very small counter space and living areas. The food at the hotel is excellent without question.. order and take to your room...
