I RECENTLY WON A 3 NIGHT STAY AT THIS RESORT. TRYING TO BOOK IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH OUT OF A HUNGRY GREAT WHITE SHARK. NOBODY KNEW HOW TO HANDLE IT. THEY KEPT TELLING ME TO CALL BACK. THEN THEY HAD TO SEE IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE BOOKED UP. COME ON NOW, IN AUGUST, IT IS NOT PRIME TIME IN FLORIDA. THEY JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT ON THE PHONE. I GOT SO UPSET, I CANCELED MY TRIP THERE AND STAYED AT ANOTHER RESORT.
