DOWNTOWN.   Kelly's is popular with University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh crowds for two reasons. First, Kelly's has great daily happy hour specials that feature items like $1 draft beers and $2 well drinks. Second, when you do a shot, you get a rubber ducky on a string to wear around your neck! If ducks aren't your thing, you can also choose to play pool, foosball or darts. On game days, Packers fans crush into Kelly's to cheer on their favorite team. Casual attire.   (© 10Best)

Good place to get wasted and play a little pool. It is a college crowd but I've never been too annoyed by it. Bartenders are quick and nice. It has a pretty good juke box too which is always a plus!!!!

Haven't been in awhile, but Kelly's is a good spot. College crowd and a friendly staff (Also College) make it fun. Bring your 'A' game if you want to last!
