DOWNTOWN.   Mabel Murphy's Oshkosh location – there's also a Mabel's in Scottsdale, Arizona – bills itself as the home of Packers football in Oshkosh. The place is a nice alternative to downtown's rowdier college bars, and in addition to University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh students, plenty of young professionals drop in for a drink after work.
