OUTSIDE DOWNTOWN.   The Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh contain more than 55 stores including American Girl, Bath & Body Works, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Jockey, KB Toys, Samsonite, Wilson's Leather, Kitchen Collection and – of course – Oshkosh B'Gosh. Shoppers have free access to wheelchairs and strollers, and non-shoppers are happy to find that the shoppes are located next to several restaurants and a mini-golf course.   (© 10Best)
