OUTSIDE DOWNTOWN.   Venture to the western outskirts of Oshkosh to browse this sprawling antique mall. Many dealers are spread throughout the 14,000-square foot building, and their wares are widely varied. Among the goods you're likely to find are estate jewelry, Depression glass, antique furnishings and old records and newspapers.
