The place Ottawans head to when they are in need of the tender touch of the Emerald Isle, the cozy Heart and Crown is one of the city's top pubs. In the warmer months, their cobblestone courtyard is often crowded with a steady mix of locals and tourists. In the winter, especially, there are few better ways to warm your bones than by enjoying such traditional Irish specialties as homemade shepherd's pie or hearty lamb stew. The pub features live Irish music at night from Wednesday through Saturday.
