 EDITOR REVIEW: A casual option for devoted gastronomes, Urban Pear excels at market fresh cooking, utilizing only local (and organic whenever possible) produce. The menu changes daily, but you can expect to find options such as beef tenderloin, duck breast, scallops or catfish among the main dishes, and sometimes more exotic choices such as ostrich or venison. An inspired vegetarian creation is offered daily as well. Décor is kept to a minimum, so except for a few wonderful artworks on the walls, the focus is squarely on the plate.
