HULL.   If you find yourself on the other side of the Ottawa River after dark, Le Tartuffe is a terrific place to enjoy fine French-Québecois cuisine. The terrific table'hôte menu features a variety of regional delights that combine the best ingredients from Québec with fine French preparation techniques.
