The War Memorial Garden, which is located off the Broad Walk that runs behind Christ Church Cathedral, was laid out in 1926 to honor Oxford citizens, students, and faculty who died during World War I. The garden itself contains a series of raised, brightly hued perennial beds and is one of the most beautiful sites in Oxford. It is truly an explosion of every color imaginable. Take some time to go down to the garden and make a few pictures of it with the cathedral in the background.
