4. George and Davies

This small, bright café house is decorated in whites and blues and produces some of the best dessert dishes in the Oxford area. Their ice cream is specially made right on the premises, and they will happily serve up for you a Monster (three scoops) covered in M&M's, roasted nuts, or hot chocolate fudge. Or, if you like, try one of their waffle sundaes, which is a homemade Belgian waffle and ice cream smothered in hot sauce and topped off with whipped cream and the topping of your choice.   (© 10Best)
