Palm Springs Lanes is the Best!
I am surprised at the extremely long, wordy and negative review, to say the least. I have been a loyal customer of Palm Springs Lanes for about 19 years now. The entire center was remodeled about 10 years ago with all new lanes, equipment and overall beautification. Being a league bowlers for many years, we have visited many bowling alleys and by far, this one is the best. The food far surpasses the average bowling alley snackbar. My husband and I have enjoyed many Sundays in the sportsbar, watching the play off games, Superbowl, and of course Nascar season. (They pour a really good drink. ) The employees are friendly, accommodating and make us feel that our business is appreciated. I can say positively that neither of us has, in the past 19 years seen or heard of any drug activity here…just great locals and travelers having a good time. Our children were raised bowling here, with Jr. league, Birthday parties and still now are league bowlers as adults. And finally, yes there are new owners who are always anxious to hear our opinions and suggestions. We feel they are doing an excellent job at continuing to make this THE place we want to spend our time, which happens to be several times each week. See you at Palm Springs Lanes.

Friendly and Fun
Everything I would expect from a bowling alley plus more. It was clean, the employees were friendly, food selection was great, overall a very cool experience and I'd definitely check them out again. The atmosphere was great. The day I visited, they were having a bbq for the employees and it seemed like they were like family. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a nice place to have a great time.

Stay Away!!!! Stay Very Far Away!!!
Where to start; 1) Place is dirty. And by dirty I mean like abandonded house and landfill dirty. Sticky furniture, dirty carpets, dirty walls, nasty bathrooms, etc. 2) Lanes way outdated and dry as a bone. Guarenteed to chew up your ball, screw up your shot and spend time waiting for your lane to get fixed. 3) Way unhappy employees. Just strike up a conversation with them and ask them about their job. Apparently, whoever ownes this place must really hates their employees. 4) Graphitti all over the place; front doors, bathrooms, etc. 5) Place looks like a local gang hang out. Definately not the place you want to take your family to. 6) Expensive when you compare to the Morongo Lanes. Especially if you compare the quality and experience. 7) Snack bar food a total rip-off and food is garbage. 8) Bar looks like a grizzly bear den; seperated from bowling alley, dark as hell, totally unfriendly. 9) Even the scoring computers are aweful. Fuzzy screens, changing colors constantly, some monitors go off and die, scoring not accurate sometimes, computer look like Apple IIe from the 1980's. 8) House balls all torn up, chipped and look like they have been rolled around on the bottom of the sea for a decade. 9) Hot as hell in there. AC not adequate at all. They ought to call it Palm Springs Sweat Lodge. 10) Machines constantly dropping pins and not placing pins correctly and other issues. 11) Go in there one month and go in there a month later and different people working there. That has to say something for the place. 12) Was a cool place in the 80's, but now it just looks and feels like it is from the 80's --> in a very scary and bad way...not the cool retro way at all. 13) Not sure if we were there to bowl or buy drugs!!! Stay away!!! Stay very very far away!!!
