I had a horrible experiece with this company. We had a very hard landing and one lady even broke her ankle. I have done some searching on this company in Indio courts and they have many lawsuits, including a death. It seems that Clotaire and Susan who operate this busiiness are only out for the bottom line and not the safety of their customers.
