8. Toucan's Tiki Lounge

NORTH PALM SPRINGS.   As its name indicates, Toucan's has a jungle theme, and its relaxed attitude is a major draw for local folks. Everyone's out to have a good time, and the camaraderie is evident. Live entertainment is a signature, from go-go dancers to female impersonators and live bands. DJs often spin, and good drink specials ensure lots of business on Mondays and Tuesdays. Outdoors, two patios accommodate folks who want to escape the crowds for a moment or two.
