Le St Germain Le St Germain in Indian Wells was relocated from Los Angeles by Paul Bruggemans who owned Le St Germain in Los Angeles between 1971 and 1987. Le St Germain is co-owned by Paul Bruggemans and Michel Despras, they co-own to top Zagat rated restaurant in the Valley, LE VALLAURIS. Thank you for correcting that mistake.
